Why PiKal M?
PiKal M is a high-precision calibration system for creating defined gas concentrations. Thanks to its unique operating principle—the evaporation of minuscule amounts of fluid via a piezo valve—PiKal M covers both very low ppb levels as well as higher ppm ranges. Various substances (e.g., oils, fuels, alcohols) can be evaporated rapidly and reliably.

How Does PiKal M Work?
A heated carrier gas stream (e.g., dry air or nitrogen) is precisely regulated at the core of the system. A piezo valve injects tiny droplets of a pre-defined fluid mixture into this hot gas flow. The substance fully evaporates, creating an accurate target concentration. For changing applications—different substances or concentrations—the system can be adjusted rapidly and easily.
