With the BATTASENSE, gases can be monitored with high temporal resolution. E.g.: during a battery abuse test where a thermal runaway process occurs. BATTASENSE shows at which point in time outgassing of substances occurs. A downstream classification based on AI enables the identification of battery substances and their reaction products. With BATTASENSE the developers get a deep insight into the internal processes in case of failure.

Our experience from measuring oil emissions in combustion engines was crucial in the development of M8GASENSE. Exhaust AI as classification for exhaust components enables the identification of non-limited exhaust components. Wide investigation of the dynamically varying exhaust gas is essential for target-oriented developments. Exhaust AI recognizes more than 100 substances and displays the corresponding time profile over the test run.
